Step-by-Step Solution
Step 1: Back Up the User Data
- Open File Explorer → This PC → C:UsersYourUsername
- Copy Documents, Desktop, Downloads, Pictures to an external drive
Step 2: Move Individual User Folders
- Right-click Documents → Properties → Location tab
- Click Move
- Select a folder on another drive (e.g., D:Documents)
- Click Apply → Yes
- Repeat for Desktop, Downloads, Pictures
