Step-by-Step Solution
Step 1: Start Outlook in Safe Mode
- Press Windows + R
- Type outlook.exe /safe
- Press Enter
✔ If Outlook works, disable add-ins
Step 2: Disable Add-ins
- Open File → Options → Add-ins
- Manage COM Add-ins → Go
- Uncheck all add-ins
- Restart Outlook
Step 3: Repair Outlook Profile
- Open Control Panel → Mail
- Click Show Profiles → Add
- Create new profile
- Set it as default
