Step 1: Enable Background Data 

Settings → Apps → App Name → Mobile data 

Enable Background data 

 

Step 2: Check Account Sync

Select account → Enable required sync options 

 

Step 3: Disable Battery Optimization 

Settings → Apps → App Name → Battery 

Set to Unrestricted
