Step-by-Step Solution 

Step 1: Note the Error Code 

Write down the STOP CODE shown on the blue screen. 

 

Step 2: Boot Into Safe Mode

Step 3: Update or Roll Back Drivers 

  • Open Device Manager 
  • Roll back or update recently changed drivers
