Step-by-Step Solution
Step 1: Check Account Status
- Open Mail → Settings → Accounts
- Verify server settings and credentials
Step 2: Take Mailbox Offline and Online
- Select mailbox
- Click Mailbox → Take All Accounts Offline
- Wait 30 seconds → Bring All Accounts Online
Step 3: Rebuild Mailbox
- Select affected mailbox
- Click Mailbox → Rebuild
Step 4: Restart Mac
- Test Mail sync again
