Step-by-Step Solution
Step 1: Reset Store Cache
- Press Windows + R
- Type:
wsreset
- Press Enter
- Store will reopen automatically
Step 2: Reset Store App

- Select Microsoft Store → Advanced options
- Click Reset
Step 3: Sign Out and Sign In
- Open Microsoft Store
- Sign out of account
- Restart PC and sign back in
