Step-by-Step Solution 

Step 1: Open Full Task Manager 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc 
  • Click More details 

 

Step 2: Identify Resource Usage 

  • Check CPU, Memory, Disk, Network columns 
  • Identify unusually high usage 

 

Step 3: End Unresponsive Tasks 

  • Right-click frozen app → End task 

 

Step 4: Manage Startup Apps 

  • Go to Startup tab 
  • Disable non-essential apps
